The New York-based Luxury Lifestyle Awards named Water “Perlage” from Poland the world’s best premium water.Perlage owes its delicacy to a composition of minerals created by nature and a unique method, called Perlage, of saturating water with carbon dioxide. Perlage method makes the bubbles as fine as those in French champagnes. The bubbles are released slowly, allowing the water to keep its unique taste for a long time. Perlage is the only water in Poland to undergo this special process, which is why it is referred to as sparkling rather than carbonated water.The water source is inextricably linked to the microclimate of the spa and is located over 100 meters underground, making the water rich in essential minerals. It is a mineral water naturally carbonated and bottled at the source. Perlage’s methods make the water taste unique and simply delicious.An interesting fact is that the carbon dioxide with which Perlage water is saturated comes from Hungarian thermal waters and is transported in bottles to the sources of water intake.
